what you need:
- Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
- Marinara sauce
- homemade if you have your life together, Rao’s if not
- Tahini
- Spinach
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
what to do:
- Saute spinach with olive oil and garlic. Place aside when done.
- Add frozen gnocchi into the same pan. Add more oil if necessary. Cook through, the crispier the better.
- Add spinach, marinara, tahini, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined and serve.
