what you need:
- Garlic
- Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- Lemon Juice
- Ghee
- Sat & Pepper
- Pasta of choice
- Few of my faves: Banza, Food for Life, or Cappello’s
what to do:
- Combine shrimp, garlic, lemon, and ghee in a bowl and place on sheet pan. Cook for 15-20 mins on 400 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to box or sauté zoodles in a pan with olive oil if you’re feeling healthy.
- Serve shrimp with pasta and season with salt & pepper.
